Summer Job at Varbergs Bostad

Are you 16 years old and a school student? Are you excited to work outdoors in the sun, rain, and birdsong? Great, then you are exactly who we are looking for! Come to our summer job audition and tell us about yourself and why you are the right person for the summer job at Varberg's largest landlord.

For four summer weeks, we offer a fun job that is as varied as the summer weather in Varberg. Some days you will be beautifying flower beds and plantings, other days you will be painting, oiling, or doing other maintenance work on our properties.

When can you work?

The work will take place over four weeks. Either week 25–28 or from week 29–32. You are welcome to indicate in your application which period suits you best. Working hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00 and follow the Swedish Work Environment Authority's guidelines for young people.

You will work in a team with your colleagues in one of our property areas in central Varberg. We also have summer workers based in Tvååker. Is this suitable for you? Mention it in your application!

Who are we looking for?

You must be 16 years old or turning 16 during the current calendar year and do not need any previous experience, but it is good if you enjoy physical work outdoors. Please note that you cannot have any other job while you are employed with us.

Where, when, and how does a summer job audition work?

We have a drop-in at our office at Kattegattsvägen 18B, on Saturday, March 7th between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. You will be assigned a number, and when it's your turn, you will have the chance to tell us about yourself and answer a few short questions during an interview.
